Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Regenovate Enterprises, we strive to deliver high-quality products and services across all our business verticals — shipping, legal services, technology solutions, tourism, and healthcare products. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and order modifications are handled.


1. General Policy

  • All purchases made on our website are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • By placing an order, the customer agrees to all terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • Refund/Cancellation eligibility varies based on the type of service or product purchased.


2. Product Orders (Physical Products)

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Eligible cancellations will receive a 100% refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Returns & Replacement

  • Returns are accepted only for:

    • Damaged products

    • Wrong item delivered

    • Missing items

  • The customer must raise the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/video proof.

Non-Returnable Products

  • Personal care items, consumables, customized items, and hygiene-based products cannot be returned unless damaged on arrival.


3. Courier / Shipping Services

Booking Cancellation

  • Shipment bookings cannot be cancelled once the AWB number is generated.

  • If the shipment has not been handed over to the courier partner, we may be able to hold or modify the shipment (charges may apply).

Refunds for Courier Services

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Service not provided due to internal system failure

  • Special cases approved by management

Delay by courier partners does NOT qualify for a refund.


4. Legal, Technology & Professional Services

These services include:

  • Company registration

  • GST filing

  • Legal documentation

  • Software/API integration

  • Website/app development

  • Consulting services

Cancellation

  • Once the service has started or documents have been processed, cancellation is not allowed.

Refund

  • No refund is provided after the team has initiated the work.

  • In exceptional cases (duplicate payment or service not initiated), refund may be approved within 7–10 working days.


5. Travel & Tourism Services

Booking Cancellation

  • Flight, hotel, or package cancellation will follow the supplier’s cancellation policy (airlines, hotels, travel partners).

  • Regenovate service fees are non-refundable.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed as per the partner/supplier timelines, generally 7–21 working days.


6. Foundation & Donation-Based Programs

  • Donations made towards animal welfare or charitable activities are non-refundable.


7. Payment Disputes

If a customer believes a payment was processed incorrectly:

  • They must raise a ticket within 48 hours.

  • Regenovate will verify the transaction and update the customer.

Chargebacks raised without contacting us first may result in service delays.


8. Mode of Refund

All refunds (where eligible) will be processed only to:

  • Original payment source (UPI/Card/Bank)

  • Processing time: 5–10 working days
